• The proposed façade remodel for our building, alongside the adjacent Crawdaddy’s building, is part of a collaborative effort to enhance the visual appeal and vitality of our downtown district.

• This features modernized materials, cohesive architectural elements, and improved signage that maintain the character of the historic streetscape while bringing a fresh and inviting look to the area.

• By aligning our remodels, we aim to create a more unified and attractive frontage that supports local business visibility and encourages pedestrian engagement, aligning with the goals of the Downtown Improvement Grant Program.
