The proposed façade remodel for our building, alongside the adjacent Crawdaddy’s building, as part of a collaborative effort to enhance the visual appeal and vitality of our downtown district.
The updated design features modernized materials, cohesive architectural elements, and improved signage that maintain the character of the historic streetscape while bringing a fresh and inviting look to the area.
By aligning our remodels, we aim to create a more unified and attractive frontage that supports local business visibility and encourages pedestrian engagement, aligning with the goals of the Downtown Improvement Grant program.
